Work, results and feedback
Choose a product, service, knowledge, maintained condition or another observable outcome.
What the beneficiary receives
A result can be a finite product, resolved request, supported knowledge, maintained condition, timely signal, coordinated work, allocated resource or measurable development. Choose acceptance evidence appropriate to the result, not only a count of model calls.
Repetition is not feedback
A schedule repeats work. A closed feedback loop observes an outcome, compares it with the goal and changes subsequent action. A project can end at acceptance; a continuing activity needs explicit review points and stop conditions. RUN and FDB describe different choices.
Example: content production and sales
Study demand → create material → review → publish and distribute → observe results → adjust the next release. This may combine products, services and continuing activity. It is a scenario combining classes, not a class alongside Commercial AO. Publication and settlement require separate authority.
