Professional autonomous organizations
A subject-specialized manager organizes work, creates task agents and stays accountable for the result.
Expertise in the manager
A professional AO combines the common Axiom AO core with subject methods. Its continuing manager chooses and coordinates work, creates workers and reviewers as needed, evaluates evidence and keeps responsibility for acceptance. Temporary agents are participants in its work, not automatically new independent organizations.
Three organizational forms
Professional, team and composite AOs are choices for a purpose, not compulsory growth stages. Structure is selected in STR; profession remains a separate subject choice.
| Form | Arrangement |
|---|---|
| Professional | One professional manager with task-specific agents |
| Team | Continuing professional roles under shared management |
| Composite | Independent AOs with agreed coordination |
What a professional profile contains
Describe work, methods, results, useful tools, quality criteria and conditions for consulting the owner. Specialization supplements organizational instructions; it does not grant permission to publish, pay or change external systems. Common state, task and review mechanisms remain.
From expertise to your organization
Choose a descriptive profile, define a mandate and validate a concrete task. The source UNIVERSAL drone shell is not a required Axiom AO architecture. Importing a role description does not transfer its image, access, skills or runtime behavior.
