## This foundation edition

This edition establishes terminology, a proposed taxonomy, a layered architecture, practical guides and evaluation criteria in English and Russian. It documents the current local Axiom AO prototype and links the field to earlier research in multi-agent organizations and autonomous agents.

Completeness is a direction for the project, not a claim that every architectural question has been settled. New evidence can change definitions, dimensions and implementation advice.


## What needs evidence next

Priorities include reproducible long-running evaluations, recovery under partial failure, alignment between a mandate and effective tool permissions, portability between agent harnesses, and repeatable packaging of the execution environment. Each result should identify the tested version and retain failure cases.

AxiomAO.com is the planned product space for organization creation, hosting and operational support. Those services are not presented here as available.


## What a useful contribution contains

A terminology proposal needs a precise definition, distinguishing examples and references. A research result needs a question, method, environment, version, evidence, failures and limits. An implementation guide needs commands checked against the actual interface and a clear statement of what was not tested.

There is no submission or account flow in this edition. Publication and review workflows will be introduced when their ownership and maintenance are established.
